My Favorite Fresh Juice

1 Beet plus the tops, leaves
8 Carrots
3 Apples (cored)
3 Inch Piece of Fresh Ginger

Extract the deliciousness in your juicer and enjoy!

I only drink about 3 oz at a time due to the sugar content...it is great for a healthy carb cycle day!

Beets are excellent for your blood, heart, circulation, and liver detoxification.
Carrots are obviously eye food and full of antioxidants.
Apples - keep the doctor away!
Ginger is an overall wonderful elixir for your digestion.
