Mix Dry Ingredients:
2 Tb. Blanched Almond Flour
1/2 Tb. Coconut Flour
1 Tb. Flax Seed Meal
1/2 tsp. Aluminum Free Baking Powder
1 tsp. Buttermilk Powder
1/4 tsp. Himalayan Pink Salt
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
Blend Wet Ingredients:
1 Pat Butter (Melted)
1 Egg + 1 Tb. Liquid Eggs
1 Tb. Sour Cream
2 Tb. Whipped Cream Cheese w/ Chives
Directions:
Blend wet and dry ingredients together.
Pour into large Mug (sprayed w/ Olive Oil).
Microwave for 2 minutes.
Pop out of mug. Cool. Cut into 4 Slices.
Toast if desired.
