A Very Simple Recipe:
1 Bottle Clam Juice
1 Lg. Jar Marinara Sauce
1/2 c. Chopped Onions
2 Cloves Garlic - Chopped
1/3 c. Chopped Celery
2 Tb. Each: Fresh Chopped Oregano, Parsley, and Thyme
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Clams, Mussels, Snapper Filets, Shrimp
Good Quality Sausage - Cut into Chunks
2 Small Cans Tomato Juice
Fresh Scallions - Chopped
* Simmer on low for a couple of hours...
