Easy Linguine with Clams, Mussels, Langoustines, and Shrimp

Saute Below Items in 2 Tb. of Olive Oil on Medium Heat:
  • 2 Cloves Fresh Garlic (Minced)
  • 3 Whole Shallots (Chopped)
  • 1/4 C. Fresh Chopped Parsley
  • 1/4 C. Fresh Chopped Basil
  • 2 Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
  • Pinch of Sea Salt

Add the Following Items, Cover, and Steam for 5 Minutes:
  • 6 Clams
  • 12 Mussels
  • 12 Shrimp
  • 1/2 Pound Langoustines
  • 1 Cup Dry White Wine
Meanwhile - Boil Salted Water and Cook Fresh Linguine
(Fresh Pasta only takes about 3 - 5 minutes)

Add 16 oz. Prepared Marinara Plus 8 oz. Tomato Sauce to the Shellfish  
Cover to Warm the sauce for an additional few minutes

Serve over Linguine and Enjoy!

I served the dish with a simple salad of:
Fresh Avocado, Tomato, and Cucumber Slices with Bleu Cheese Crumbles, Pesto, and Balsamic Glaze
