Saute Below Items in 2 Tb. of Olive Oil on Medium Heat:
- 2 Cloves Fresh Garlic (Minced)
- 3 Whole Shallots (Chopped)
- 1/4 C. Fresh Chopped Parsley
- 1/4 C. Fresh Chopped Basil
- 2 Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
- Pinch of Sea Salt
Add the Following Items, Cover, and Steam for 5 Minutes:
- 6 Clams
- 12 Mussels
- 12 Shrimp
- 1/2 Pound Langoustines
- 1 Cup Dry White Wine
(Fresh Pasta only takes about 3 - 5 minutes)
Add 16 oz. Prepared Marinara Plus 8 oz. Tomato Sauce to the Shellfish
Cover to Warm the sauce for an additional few minutes
Serve over Linguine and Enjoy!
I served the dish with a simple salad of:
Fresh Avocado, Tomato, and Cucumber Slices with Bleu Cheese Crumbles, Pesto, and Balsamic Glaze
