2 Cloves Fresh Chopped Garlic
About 6 ounces Trimmed, Sliced Beef Pieces
1 Can Double Strength Beef Broth
2 TB Sherry
2 TB. Olive Oil
2 TB. Flour
1/3 C. Sour Cream
1 TB. Tomato Paste
1/2 Lg. Pack Egg Noodles
Saute the onions, mushrooms, and garlic in the little olive oil...the trimmed Beef and continue to cook on med heat for a few minutes. Then add the flour and the Sherry and cook while stirring for a few more minutes. Add the Beef Broth and reduce heat to low...simmer fro 15 minutes. Meanwhile cook the egg noodles. Then add the tomato paste and the sour cream to the sauce.
Mix with the noodles and enjoy!
